Organizations Are Ready to Build AI Capability

Kenan Academy’s AI Market Survey shows that AI use is already becoming common across organizations. Among 109 respondents, 93.6% had used AI at least once, 45.0% used AI regularly, and 70.6% reported that AI was already being used in some form within their organization.

The strongest AI use cases were practical workplace tasks, including information search and summarization, report and slide preparation, writing and translating documents, and communication, content, and marketing support.

At the same time, organizations still face major challenges: uneven AI skills across staff, data security and confidentiality concerns, and uncertainty about the accuracy of AI outputs.
